Victoria Davies is a senior media executive and Managing Director at Accelerate Consulting, where she advises clients in the media, entertainment and sports industries. Victoria advises clients on business transformation and growth strategy by leveraging over 20 years of leadership experience in general management, commercial leadership, content strategy, market expansion, M&A and digital transformation. Prior to Accelerate Consulting, Victoria served as SVP and General Manager of 32 markets at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she led the business transformation in Central & Eastern Europe, Turkey, Mediterranean and Central Asia. She developed her remit into a diversified media powerhouse for entertainment and sports in the pay-tv, free-to-air and streaming ecosystems, whilst significantly growing audience, users and financial performance. Victoria holds an MBA and a BA in German and Serbian/Croatian.

Claudia Winkler is an internationally recognised award-winning social innovator, entrepreneur and serial founder. She is passionate about sharing her corporate executive experience managing leading international tech companies to mentor and coach impact initiatives across the globe. Claudia also consults organizations on technology, digital transformation and innovation.

Ekaterina Mihajlovic is Vice President Commercial Integration and Regional Projects for the CEE MENAT region (Central Eastern Europe, Middle East & Turkey). Ekaterina is leading multiple strategic and business development regional initiatives, focusing on driving growth through scale and synergies across the newly combined WBD business. She oversees streaming and commercial strategy to ensure the region is well equipped to capitalize on new global & local trends, opportunities and business models. Since joining the company in 2012, Ekaterina has held a number of commercial roles managing different regions within CEE MENAT, including Balkans, North East Europe, Turkey and Bulgaria. Prior to joining Discovery, she has worked in the FMCG sector. Ekaterina holds an MBA from Central European University and a BA from the American University in Bulgaria.
