As the Founder and CEO of Alika Media and Tech, she empowers companies to embrace hashtag#sustainableinnovation and future-proof their strategies in a world defined by constant change. Currently, Inga leads the digital-first strategy at Latvijas Sabiedriskais Medijs, Latvia’s newly merged national public media organization, shaping the future of public broadcasting. Previously, as VP of Entertainment Business at Tet Group, she helped build the company’s pay-TV market share to 50%, transforming it into a digital-first market leader. Michaela Ernst is co-founder and publisher of SHEconomy Media, a business platform for women that aims to increase gender parity and diversity in the economy and society. As part of a postgraduate study in HR Management, she dealt with the changing working conditions due to CPS and presented the results of her study in a TEDx talk and in the book "Error 404“ (Ecowin), where she argues for a mindful, critical approach to digitization and shows how each individual can play a greater role in shaping change. She is passionate about building communities, fostering collaboration, and empowering others to achieve their goals and potential.
